Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Dealton_Network Entreprise (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”), based in Tunisia. You can contact us at the email address shown at the bottom of this page.

Dealton Network is an online directory that connects clients with independent professional partners. Clients can browse profiles, view reviews, and contact professionals directly.

Professionals may purchase a subscription to reserve a “seat” — a listing slot for a specific country, region, and service. Each country, region, and service combination offers a limited number of seats (up to five at a time). We are a directory only: we do not provide, perform, or supervise the services offered by professionals, and we are not a party to any agreement between a client and a professional.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions are not renewed automatically: you buy one period at a time (a month or a year) and pay for it by card. To keep your listing, renew before the end of the grace period — one month after the period you paid for ends. If you do not renew in time, the subscription ends, your seat is released and your profile is removed from the directory. Prices are shown on the subscription page and at checkout.

Payments are made on Flouci's hosted, secure payment page. Flouci is our payment partner and handles the processing of your payment; your card details are entered on Flouci's page and we never receive or store them. International Visa and Mastercard are accepted, and prices are charged in Tunisian dinars (TND).

We may change prices; we will give reasonable notice before any change that affects your subscription, and a change will not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your professional dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep your listing until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

When your subscription ends, the associated seat is released and becomes available to other professionals, and your listing is removed from the directory.

Refunds are handled by Flouci in accordance with its Refund Policy and with applicable consumer law. As a general rule, a period already paid is not refundable, except where a statutory right of withdrawal applies or the period could not be provided. A listing indicates that a professional holds an active subscription for a seat; it is not a verification, endorsement, or guarantee of the quality, legality, or suitability of that professional’s services. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, and you should take reasonable precautions before engaging any professional.

You may leave a rating, review, like, or dislike. To keep feedback fair, only one review and one reaction is allowed per device per professional. Feedback must be honest, based on a genuine experience, and must not be defamatory, misleading, or unlawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, scraping or harvesting data, posting false or infringing content, impersonating others, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

The Service, including its design, text, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a licence to host and display it within the Service.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of professionals or clients. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
